  3. Ensure integrity of local ministry
  4. Promote Young Life in local area
  5. Support and Assist Young life staff and leaders
  6. Raise funds to guarantee local budget
  7. Maintain continuity of Young Life in the area
  8. Commit 2+ hours per month
